Leadership grounded in engineering.
20+ years in software, 15 of them in leadership. My path moved from hands-on engineering into Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering and Director roles across SaaS, blockchain, iGaming and eCommerce.
I focus on building strong engineering teams, improving delivery, simplifying complex systems and making pragmatic technical decisions that hold up against the business reality behind them.
Leadership is the main job, but I also build. I stay hands-on through architecture, code reviews, prototypes and production code when that helps the team understand constraints, test an idea or move a solution forward. Lately, AI-assisted development has made that part of the work even more effective.
