People, technology and product.

20+ years in software, 15 of them in leadership. My path moved from hands-on engineering into Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering and Director roles across SaaS, blockchain, iGaming and eCommerce.

I focus on building strong engineering teams, improving delivery, simplifying complex systems and making pragmatic technical decisions that hold up against the business reality behind them.

Leadership is the main job, but I stay technically engaged: architecture, code reviews and building things myself when it's useful. Lately that includes a lot of AI-assisted development.
